Ingredients

Scale

  • 3 sleeves Ritz Crackers
  • 1 ½ cups salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  3. In a large 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of Ritz Crackers across the bottom.
  4. Spread 1/3 of the whipped cream mixture over the crackers, then drizzle 1/3 of the salted caramel sauce on top.
  5. Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and a final drizzle of salted caramel.
  6. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Slice and serve with an extra drizzle of caramel if desired.
