This Ritz Cracker Salted Caramel Icebox Cake is the perfect no-bake dessert. Combining layers of crunchy Ritz Crackers, fluffy whipped cream, and rich salted caramel, it’s the ultimate sweet and salty treat that everyone will love.

- 3 sleeves Ritz Crackers
- 1 ½ cups salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In a large 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of Ritz Crackers across the bottom.
- Spread 1/3 of the whipped cream mixture over the crackers, then drizzle 1/3 of the salted caramel sauce on top.
- Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and a final drizzle of salted caramel.
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Slice and serve with an extra drizzle of caramel if desired.

- For a quicker version, you can use pre-made whipped topping in place of homemade whipped cream.
