Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch baking dish. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

- Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
