Ingredients

Scale

24 Oreo cookies, crushed (for the crust)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (for the crust)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour, heat-treated

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup mini chocolate chips

12 Oreo cookies, chopped (for layers)

68 whole Oreo cookies (for topping)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Oreo Crust: Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill.

Make the Cookie Dough: In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined. Gradually add heat-treated flour and a pinch of salt, mixing until the dough comes together.

Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cookie dough mixture until fully incorporated.

Layer the Cake: Spread a layer of cookie dough over the chilled Oreo crust. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped Oreos over the layer. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cookie dough on top.

Decorate and Chill: Arrange whole Oreo cookies on top of the cake and sprinkle with extra mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.

Serve: Remove the cake from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled. Enjoy the rich, creamy flavors of this Oreo Cookie Dough Cake!

Notes

Storage: The cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, wrap slices individually in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 2 months.

Customization: Feel free to add different mix-ins like white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or even drizzle with caramel for extra decadence.
