8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and sugar, mixing until well combined. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Add Chocolate: Fold in the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Bake: Pour the filling over the crust and bake at 325°F for 55-65 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool and Chill: Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
