These Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones are creamy, crunchy, and irresistibly delicious! With their handheld design, they’re perfect for any occasion. No baking required, and they’re so easy to make.

- 6 Waffle Cones
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Strawberries, diced
Strawberry Crunch Coating:
- 1 cup crushed strawberry cookies or Golden Oreos
- 1 tbsp strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate or Candy Melts, melte
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the strawberry cookies or Golden Oreos. Add the strawberry gelatin powder and melted butter, then pulse to combine.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake filling. Add a layer of diced strawberries if desired.
- Roll the top of each cone in the strawberry crunch coating.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate or candy melts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store the cones in the fridge for up to 2 days, but they’re best enjoyed fresh!
- If you’re prepping ahead, keep the crunch coating separate and assemble just before serving for maximum crunch.
